Return & Change

We offer 14 days Satisfaction Guarantee (Except for items marked as "No Return"). If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days.

The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its packagings, labels and accessories.

Except for the products marked "no return and exchange", you can arrange to change the different sizes or colors (if in stock) of the same item once, and the freight for returning the goods will be borne by the customer. We will arrange an exchange within 7 working days after we have received the returned goods. The replacements will no longer be returned or exchanged. If the item is found to be out of stock, we will make a refund arrangement for you.





Return Instructions


Please follow the steps below within 14 days of your delivery:

1. Fill in the return form which is attached together with your parcel. It is very important to enclose the return form with your items in your package to enable us to process your return quickly.

2. Be sure to protect the products by packing them in their original packaging

3. Orders delivered in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China please simply bring the item(s) back to any of our stores in person or arrange the collection of the package with S.F. Express. Return shipping is free only for returns via S.F. Express and you will have to bear the shipping cost for returns should you opt for other methods. 


Orders delivered in other regions please arrange the collection of the package with your courier (Postage/courier fees for returns will be at your own cost, please send your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking as we will not be liable for any lost parcel).


4. As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.



 



Return Terms & Conditions


The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.


Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.


Items must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage, scratches or dents.


Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original accessories, components and instructions. Furthermore, they must be packaged in the same suitable manner in which they were received.


If purchasing a large quantity of the same item, we suggest contacting our Customer Service department directly, and they will send a sample to aid in deciding the correct quantity that needs to be purchased.


Returns must be packaged in the RDMSTORE.COM box.


In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. RDMSTORE.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.


Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, bras, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the Client.


In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or payment of any fees, RDMSTORE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.


RDMSTORE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.


In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the client will need to pay for an extra shipping fee or the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.


If an unauthorized return is accepted, RDMSTORE.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.


For any issue not explicitly mentioned, RDMSTORE.COM reserves all the right of final decision.
